BEAMeeting MNE 2025 Southampton
The GenISys BEAMeeting MNE 2025 took place on September 15, 2025, at the National Oceanography Center in Southampton, UK.
This event was held both on-site and live-streamed, bringing together more than 30 users along with our GenISys colleagues and several spontaneous visitors, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
Our Vice President, Nezih Ünal, and Sales Director Europe, Olga Ohletz, along with our product managers, account managers, and application engineers, presented the latest developments in our software solutions and shared insights into ongoing research collaborations.
We were honored to be hosted by our long-term partner Prof. Martin Charlton from the University of Southampton, who opened the main program with his presentation “Nanofabrication Research at the University of Southampton.”
Marcus Rommel from Chalmers University of Technology presented “EBL Activities at Chalmers University,” and Mark Rosamond from the University of Leeds shared his talk “EBL at the University of Leeds.”
The BEAMeeting once again served as a valuable platform for exchanging ideas, technical experiences, and research updates within the lithography and metrology community.
GenISys also proudly sponsored the MNE 2025 Gala Dinner, where Prof. Martin Charlton gave a special talk highlighting our company’s 20th anniversary and continued commitment to innovation and collaboration in the nanofabrication community.
